Pick-up and recycling of your old computers and office equipment.


What Midwest Ewaste Does:

  1. You call us to schedule pick up of your old office equipment.
  2. We pick up your old equipment.
  3. We wipe the data from hard disks using Department of Defense certified data destruction software.
  4. We send you a certification that the data has been cleaned from your machines.
  5. Asset tags or other identifiable markings are removed.
  6. Items that can be refurbished are repaired and resold.
  7. Items which are not reusable are disassembled and as much as possible is recycled.
  8. Anything left goes to EPA approved disposal.

What Midwest Ewaste Accepts:

  3. Printers
  4. Printer ink and toner cartridges
  5. Fax machines
  6. Copiers
  7. Phones and Phone Systems (PBXs)
  8. Cell phones
  9. PA systems
  10. Servers
  11. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Batteries and all)
  12. Computer racks
  13. Cabling
  14. Network switches, hubs, routers
  15. Aluminum beverage containers
  16. There is a per-item charge for CRT TVs. Up to 23 inches $5.00 over 23 inches $10.00

What Midwest Ewaste Charges:

  1. $30 per person per hour to pick up the equipment. (1 hour minimum, includes drive time).
  2. Free pickup for Municipalities, Not for profits, Churches, and Schools.
  3. Free drop off boxes available for individuals to dispose of their computer equipment.
  4. For customers who pre-palletize material, we charge $30 per pallet for mostly working material and $60 per pallet of mostly non-functional material.
  5. CRT TVs up to 23 inches $5.00 per item. CRT TVs over 23 inches $10.00 per item.
